I have quite a bit of 3/4" thick Zebra wood, enough to laminate and make a 34" scale neck with an angled headstock. are there any pros or cons for using Zebra as neck material?

Thanks, H2:hmm:

can't think of any pros or cons but the jake kot conklin 7 string that progzilla used to have (can't remember who bought it) had a zebrano laminate neck...

My Nordstrand SC5 has a center laminate of Zebrawood in the neck. Works just fine. Chris Benavente also uses zebrawood in his necks every now and then.

I would use it for a laminate but not for a whole neck; the stuff moves too much.
