Hey, I've got a hipshot D-tuner that I haven't used in a while because all my basses are 5 strings. It's a great little unit for a 4 string player. It's a Gotoh style tuner and it's black. I used to have it on my first fretless, a Guild Pilot. When I traded the Pilot I took the Hipshot off, but I started getting into 5 string basses, so it's just hanging around. These things go for over $100 new, how about $60?

Can you post a pic or post a copy from the manufactures website? As I'm not sure on the style/shape of the tuning key.
Thanks,
Hawk

I think it'll fit if it's a newer model Spector. From the website:

GB-7
For use with basses equipped with Gotoh GB7 tuners. (Gotoh GB7 tuners are easily identified by the round shaped cover plate.)

Does it only work with an E? What about a lowB?

I tried it on my MTD, and there's really not enough room on the back of the headstock for the unit to work properly. Unless your tuners are farther apart than mine are.

Hi Chris,
Would you think about sending to Istanbul, Turkey. I can pay via paypal or Western Union money transfer..
USPS EMS Global Express will cost something like $25.00 to Istanbul, insured.
Thank you

It's on hold for someone right now. I'll know after Wednesday if he's going to take it. I will get back to you.
