Well, i just registered for a jazz theory class...now i need to brush up on my feeble reading skills. Anyone know a good site to learn the basics all over again?

Thanks

Do yourself a favor and go out and buy Mel Bays Note Reading Studies for Bass.

But for now this should help you some.

Remember the rhymes for the notes?
Spaces: All Cows Eat Grass
Lines: Good Boys Deserve Fruit Always
Make sure you're accurate before you're fast :)
