i need help....how can i improve my slap bass style....i must do something wrong....who has got experience?? who can help?

Try using a lighter touch and try to minimize your finger/hand motion.
Most novices use too much force and too wide motions, you will be surprised how little force it actually necessary for slapping.

Getting a bass teacher is the best thing to do to improve slapping.

Make sure your gear is set up right. New roundwound strings and low action are good.

After that, practice slowly, listen to the Brother's Johnson, and have fun.
