I was wondering what to use to glue a stabilized fingerboard to the neck shaft: Titebond wood glue or some epoxy? thanks.

CamMcIntyre 01-25-2004, 10:08 AM I'm curious about this too. I've got a stabilized black limba board and maple neck and wasn't sure if tite bond would work or not. I'll watch this thread for a bit. :) Peter Parker 01-25-2004, 11:06 AM JP emailed me and says he uses TiteBond to great effect. If it's good enough for him it's good enough for me. Anyone else? kboyd 01-25-2004, 06:54 PM Titebond perfectly:) CamMcIntyre 01-25-2004, 07:35 PM Looks like i'll go buy some titebond. Thanks for posting this thread. That's all Bass Kahuna 01-26-2004, 10:55 AM Yeup. I confirmed with Larry at Gallery Hardwoods (http://www.galleryhardwoods.com) , who supplies stabilized fingerboards, that regular titebond is perfectly fine for attaching stabilized fingerboards! :^)~ godoze 01-26-2004, 11:02 AM titebond here also...speaking of stab'd boards i'm still waiting for my stab'd curly koa board..... mslatter 01-26-2004, 03:08 PM What about hide glue?
