after talking to my teacher about it i got the ok.
i would like to built a rickenbacker type bass in woodshop.
so basically all im asking for is blueprints, measurements, woods, etc...
i would like it to be neck through, 4 strings, passive, and fretless.
any help that you can give me on this would be greatly appreciated.
i have access to a 1983 rickenbacker bass that i can use for examples, and plus the electronics/and bridge are missing so i have get a good sense of the routing involved.

Well, you've just answered your own question. Dig out the calipers, rulers, dividers, and anything else you think you'll need and get to work! Make full size tracings of the body and neck. You'll get the hang pretty soon.

Besides, Rickenbacher doesn't let out the dimensions or blueprints for such a thing and there are very few homemade ones around.
