Hello, i play in a heavy symphonic group like Stratovarius, Nightwish, Sonata Arctica ... and i would like to ask you if you can give me some "metal" steps for doing my bass lines.

Mostly just play what the guitar plays... You'll get along just fine with that, unless you're thinking the Statovarius-style unisono scale runs like Kainulainen plays, that can be tricky and has to be played real well to sound good.
If you know your theory you can use 3rds and 5ths to add a little color and harmony to the playing, but not too much, it'll ruin the song quite easily.
