been a while since I had a peek at the goings-on here at talkbass.

anyway, now that the new solo album is in the can (and you know i'll be at the khyber when you're in philly this fall) and has a release date, what's the word on the status of the next dos album? this inquiring mind that's nicked as many licks (and annoyed then-bandmates with bass riffs from "slip it in" and "loose nut") from kira as from you was wondering... or maybe I'm just overanxious to hear how selena's "no me quedo mas" gets the dos treatment! :hyper:

we got ten songs done, maybe eight more to go - maybe in the fall? three dos gigs this june at jazz festivals in canada too - check the hoot page.

Hey Watt...nice to see you coming to Winnipeg for the Jazz Festival. If I'm not mistaken, this is your first time coming to our city, is it not? Or did you pass thru with the Minutemen years ago?

Either way, I'll be there to see you and Kira...I'll be the guy annoying everyone by yelling "freebird" all night :D
