The story is that last august, when every store was closed during summer holidays - including luthiers, he wanted to play double bass. So he made one for himself in five days. 5 days? Why'd it take so long? This is the funniest thing I've seen in a long time. I'm still laughing from listening to the MP3. :D

As goofy as the thing is, you gotta admire the guy's get-to-it quality. He's not waiting around for everything to be perfect -- or even nice! -- before he gets going. The thing sounds better than a lot of acoustic bass guitars I've played.
