I am a bassist playing for about 5 or 6 months, I can read standard notation, but I have to go through it a couple times to get timing down and find correct notes, I am starting to understand were most notes are and some i get instantly but what i want to know is there any book or movie that will really take my skills "to the next level" so i can instantly recognize notes and play them instantly. Any help greatly appreciated.
