Hello Talk Bass- can you help me? Does any one know of any
2 channel bass amps that can drive 2 signals at the same
time.I know that the great ampeg svt can do it,could a 2
channel walter woods head drive two inputs at the same time?
I have a 50's Kay with passive bartalinnis for one pickup rig,
and a K+K rock'a'billy slap bass rig for the other input. I saw
the Demeter H style pre-amp that looked good, but am unsure
if it can drive two inputs at the same time.Any help would be
appreciated. Thanks!

hey TT

you could get a line level mixer to provide the 2 inputs, and then you could mix them together into one input of an amp.

raven labs makes a cool unit for just such a purpose, the MDB-1, check it out...

Let me second the recommendation for the MDB1 I bought one back in December, best $180 I've spent on bass stuff. It actually gives you three inputs which can be individually muted/have their volume set, an effects loop (on a side chain so there's no danger of degrading signal quality), a buffer pre-amp, global mute, and DI out. It's truly a wonderful little box.
