I used to have a Nightbass - it's a 2U preamp/multi-FX unit, which as far as I know is no longer made - it's got a really wide range of FX, some great sounds, a tube preamp, the option to biamp straight from that into a stereo power amp. I used it live and in the studio. I got rid of it before I started doing solo stuff, and now use a Lexicon MPX-G2 which I prefer, but it's considerably more expensive than the Nightbass.

What specifically do you need to know?
