i just need one problem clearing up ; and am grateful for people who help me:D right, are chords basically when you play multiple notes at the same time, and then they create a new note, and an arpeggio is a line opf notes made from the notes within the chord?

A chord is a combination of three or more notes of differing scale degree. You can play the notes at the same time or arpeggiate them, which means playing the notes in sequence.
Arpeggios are essentially a way of playing a chord. Mind you, people generally use the word "chord" to mean the notes are played at the same time.
