I visited Victor's site looking into applying for his Bass/Nature Camp. I'd like to go, but I'm just not a nature guy.

So, he had a link to BATB (Vic and Steve Bailey's new camp). I think I'd like it better but it's around 2x as much as Vic's nature camp.

Can anyone recommend another "camp" or extended period, educational, bass event?

Check out the "One Week Intensive" at Jeff Berlin's Player's School of Music. I've been to it and it is excellent! Jeff is there all day every day and the other instructors are awesome too.
