I don't know if this is in the correct forum or not, if it isn't could someone move to the correct one?

Anyway; for my ICT work I have to make something using flash.
For my project I am doing an intercactive 'beginning bass guitar'. Just stuff on the very basics, and the like as I am not very good myself yet. So I have to do a "stakeholder survey" and I thought a few could come from the helpful folks at talkbass.


What would you have liked to know when you were starting out playing?
What in your opinion are essential skills for a beginning player to have?
What do you think would be an appropriate format?
Does this idea interest you?
Any additional comments?
