I have a Marshall AVT50H which is a 50 watt tube/solid state hybrid head. For a complete description, go to the following link.

The head comes with a footswitch and power cable.
I also have a marshall lead 212 cab loaded with celestions. This is an 8 ohm cab and sounds great! It's not the 212 that they're selling nowadays that is a side by side configuration, the speakers are set like my aggie gs212. It has a little wear and tear, but nothing major.
Together, this is a nice middle sized rig that can hold its own in most environments.
I'd like to get $500 plus shipping for both. A local deal would be prefered. I might be presuaded to break them up, but it would have to be a great offer.
