Last week I started a page at Myspace and I've already met loads of other bassists who are putting out some amazing stuff. I know that Trip has a page there and we've already chatted. Does anybody elose here have a page?

I would have to agree myspace.com is an awesome way to promote your music and your products. We have gotten many contacts through this site and I as a bass player have met some great people.

Hey all

I just revisited this thread after a long absence and found a whole load of new pages to visit, so I've just sent out adds to all.:D

My Myspace page has worked extremely well for me, my potty little tracks have notched up over 8,000 plays, not bad considering I just sat down at my computer and knocked 'em out on my days off:bassist:

There's a duet on the page that I recorded virtually with another bassist friend, Alun Vaughan. Alun is a fantastic bassist from Swansea, about an hour away from me. The duet is a two bass arrangement of Thelonius Monk's 'Blue Monk' and it came out really well.:cool:
