I recently picked up a used bass that I discovered had a couple of small cracks when I got it home. They are located on the upper horn where the straplock screws in.

Is there a good (no simply passible) way to fix this myself, or is this a job for a luthier? Anyone know of a competent repair shop near Little Rock, AR?
