Hi!
I am new to this forum but have been playing bass for 5 years. I am 21 years old right now. My current rig is a Gallien Krueger 1001Rb-2 and a 2x15 noname cab which urgently needs to be replaced. I play Tribute G&L, a Spector Rex and a Peavey Foundation bass. They are all 5-string basses. I also have an Ibanez TR300 which I totally love. That is probably the best bass I ever heard. :smug:
I play all kinds of music. Preferrably Hardcore, Punkrock, Metal and Rock. But also Jam Music (Jack Johnson or Dispatch-style) and some blues. My biggest gigs were school musicals in front of some 300 people. As you can see, I am really no pro, but I like playing bass (and acoustic guitar) and it's not about how popular you are but how much fun playing is for you.:bassist:
