this speaker came out of a brand new cab, it is rated at 300watts and is an 8ohm, I replaced it with a eminence kappa pro that handles 500 watts, wich is what I needed, the speaker is new, but was mounted in a cabinet, these speakers sell for $130, I'm asking $90 shipped to the lower 48 states, It will ship in the box and formed foam packing that the kappa pro came in. thanks
