After much months of shoppings.. i've made my choice on a ErnieBall Music Man Stingray 5strings... but i don't know what difference have the neck, in maple or rosewood on the sound, the "attack" of the notes, or the confortability on playing...

Can your experience help me ?!?

Mmm, I think that Maple is generally considered 'brighter' sounding, and as Maple necks tend to be laquered, it's going to feel different too...

the best thing to do is to try both out and see which one feels and sounds best to you - neither are intrinsically good or bad, just different.
