Do you think that if I trade my original MM pickup for a SSMB-4D MM4 pickup I can improve the sound of my stingray? one of the main problems that I noticed about this bass is the volume difference of the strings ( especially on the G ). any other suggestions? like another type of pickups or a replacement pre amp?
