Hi, (i hope i'm in the right place.)

Some guys say that there's something wrong with the slap part of this (http://perso.wanadoo.fr/lioneladam/topic/-.mp3) but they can't tell me what. I don't think there's something wrong but... i'm not sure.
To help you i' can tell you that i start playing on 7. The slap part turns on 3 mesures.

May be it comes that the rythm is in 4/4 and the bassline is divised in 2 parts of 6 beats than the second part starts on the 3rd beat of the mesure instead of the first one ?

So in the slap part :
when you say "off beat" does it mean that the same notes don't always come at the same place or doe it mean that the notes are at the same place but that this place is wrong ?

I feel that i always play the same line with the same notes at the same place. Is it always "off beat" ?

En gros, tu joues les notes correctement, mais l'ensemble n'est pas en joué au bon moment. Le timing entre le note me parait bon, mais il faut vraiment que tu écoutes le timing du batteur et que tu comptes les mesures avant de lancer tes lignes.

Quand tu dis que "l'ensemble n'est pas joué au bon moment" tu penses qu'en jouant la même ligne mais en partant sur le 1 ou le 3 ou le 5 ça rendrait mieux ? je suis parti exprès sur le 7 pour que la noire du second temps de la 2ème meusre tombe sur le charley ouvert.
Le fait que les temps forts tombent une fois sur la grosse caisse et une fois sur la caisse claire, est ce que c'est pas là que vient le problème ?
est ce qu'il faut que je modifie la piste midi de la batterie pour qu'elle colle plus avec la basse. je pense notamment aux coups de grosses caisses, c'est ça que tu veux dire ? merci
