Feel adventurous. I'm buying a USA Jazz neck w/ a rosewood board. I own a MIJ "mutt" w/ a J neck & P body. One problem, the local guitar tech has the neck as a wall hanger cause he couldn't get it true with strings tightened. Sold the owner a Warmoth. He said (amongst other things) the wood wasn't cured properly, the truss rod woudn't mount correctly, etc... Never removed a fretboard but there's always a first time for everyone RIGHT???? I got the steam iron & blades. Any advice (aside from seeking a good mental helth session first) would be MORE than welcome.
