Currently Musical Director and bass player for ATO/RCA recording artist JEM, Bass Player for Dapp Theory and Mike Stern, english born New York resident Janek Gwizdala has been playing on the international music scene with some of the most respected musicians in the business. His Performance, Production, Recording and Touring credits include: Airto Moirera, Flora Purim, Hiram Bullock, Kenwood Dennard, Mike Stern, Mark Turner, Randy Brecker, Rick Margitza, Scott Kinsey, Gregoire Maret, Kindred and the family soul, Lina, Lew Solof, Danny Gottlieb, Andy Milne, Jive Jones, Wayne Krantz, J.T. Janek's debut album as a leader, Mystery to me - Live in New York, was recorded live in one take from top to bottom in front of a studio audience of 50 people. it was rehearsed, recorded, mixed, mastered, and pressed in 3 weeks. All compositions by Janek Gwizdala. Produced by Janek Gwizdala. Recorded by Albert Leusink at Manhattan studios. Mixed by Juan Pablo Alcaro and Janek Gwizdala at Obliq Sound studios NYC. Mastered by Nathan James at the Hit Factory NYC.

I think I'm going to be in the UK in Nov. with Mike Stern. Not sure yet, just trying to iron out the tour schedule with his manager and the booking agent this week.

Hi Janek, I was wondering the same thing? I figured maybe it was through one of my "friends" like Mike Stern or Jamaaladeen Tacuma?
