Keith and Gard are amazing. As busy as they are, "you do want your new bass right now or yesterday right?", they take the time to take care of their old and new customers. Gard will say he's really busy and still take the time to describe the relative merits of each tone wood, neck, fingerboard wood and electronics. Their attention to detail is flawless. My wife is a Masters business major at Georgetown and according to her this is how you do business.
