My friend Jeff is an acoustic bass player (piccolo) and I dig the rough draft you sent him. I will be recording on this project as well. Wanted to tell you I have admired your work for many years. I played with Jeff back in June and I find his compositions have alot of room for interpretation, openess I guess. It was interesting to hear your perceptions compared to those in my head. Your voice sticks out like a sore thumb (a very good thing) and the mix you provided was very appropriate to my ears.
