I'll start a new thread for this.
On another thread, I blasted Thomastik for ignoring my e-mail regarding an E string that was dead on arrival.
Well, they got around to it, and asked me to send back the dead string. I didn't do it, and the last 2 weeks I've been distracted.
In today's mail, I received a new E string, direct from Vienna. Thomastik didn't wait for me to send the dead one back.

I'd say that was a classy response, deserving of public attention.
