I've got a beauty Lakland Daryl Jones 4-string in Candy Apple Red that I'm looking to sell (no trades, please). This bass is in great shape with only a few very minor issues. There is a slight depression on the neck near the body (from a clamp?) that doesn't affect playability at all. There are a few hairline scratches on the back that can be buffed out as they do not go beneath the finish. Otherwise, this bass is in great shape. It comes with the Lakland case, which is a SKB case with a Lakland badge on it.

I've had the bass for about two years and have absolutely loved it. It's been played out on gigs about 5-6 times but otherwise kept in the case in a smoke-free home.

Yes, the Lakland is still available. There are a couple people waiting on higher resolution pictures which I will post soon. I went out of town for the weekend and haven't had a chance to take any yet. I will try and get them up tomorrow night.

Sorry for the delay in posting additional pictures. I was out of town last weekend and my week is crazy. I teach high school and coach the boy's soccer team after school so I am out of the house from 6:30am until 6:00pm and sometimes later if I pick up my kids from their soccer practices, scouts, etc.

I'll try and get new pics up on Sunday. I'd do it tomorrow, but I ref three soccer games and coach a high school game after that. I'll be out of the house from 7:00am (for my regular pickup game) until 7:00pm (when the H.S. game is over).

Sorry for the long delay in getting more photos out. It was a combination of working late, shorter days, and bad weather in Colorado that kept me from taking these pics in the sunlight. Then my wife took the camera in her purse! :)

Hope the wait was worth it for those that are still interested in the bass. In the close up of the back, you can just make out some of the light scratches or hazing towards the upper horn if you click on the link and look at the full-size photos.
