Hi guys.

I have been asked here and there about the old libster content. I had been playing with it, so its modified... but the lessons are still intact. (as intact as they were when I downloaded them)

Feel free to download them.

I hope that they are of some use to your bass studies. :)

Thanks, Gabu.

Will be checking this out as I missed Libster when it was up and running.

Hi there - I've just put The Libster site back online - it's big & better than ever, with a lot of new content, and all the old content.

The new URL is bass.thelibster.com (http://bass.thelibster.com)

Please let anyone know who might benefit from it - lots of lessons on reading/chord theory/technique. Lots of music to practice etc. I don't mean to blow my own horn, but there are probably lots of folks who will find it useful.

It's a work in progress, but I have just added a few new sections, including one called "Basslines" - where there are lots of basslines and the accompanying .mp3s from performances etc. I work as an arranger on Australian Idol and so I have uploaded a lot of the bass charts that I've done for the show, along with mp3s of the TV performances.

I'm also getting some assistance on the site this time around from some of my esteemed colleagues, so it's looking good.
