FunkyLemz 11-02-2006, 09:03 AM Well, I know there are a massive amount of bass players in SoCal and so I suggest we all go to a killer show or make a trip to the many vintage/modern music stores in downtown LA. Any other suggest are more than welcome, so feel free. I'm in New Orleans right now, but im on my way to my new home :D in Pasadena.
Let's do this!
Peace, Mike

Metal Skool either at Key Club Hollywood or Morongo? (My favorite choice.) They are an 80's hair metal cover band, hilarious live show, and great musicians.
FunkyLemz 11-23-2006, 11:48 PM Sounds cool to me.
mattq 12-03-2006, 04:39 PM i'm down with that. oddly enough either key club is just as far for me

Oh... I feel stupid... I thought Guitar Alley Crawl was another store in the area. :p Yeah, I've been to the Mesa/GC/Sam Ash, Carvin area a lot haha.
Carvin's up there too, right?
Yup, that white fretless they have there is pretty much my dream fretless bass... simple, elegant, totally sweet feel. :bassist: :bassist:
RiddimKing 12-08-2006, 09:12 PM Please add me to the list. I'm in the Valley, but would be happy to hit the Sunset stores with y'all.

Perhaps all the TB bass players can get working and bring some of those insanely high up basses down together... just gotta find someone with good balance. :D

¿donde?
syciprider 05-13-2007, 02:10 PM How about we just meet in a place with good eats and drinks so we can sit down and shoot the breeze?
Logistically easier. No rigs to bring, no place needed for setup.
I suggest Orange County as it is in the middle for everyone from LA, Long Beach, San Diego and Inland Empire.
IconBasser 05-13-2007, 06:46 PM Inland Empire
Bingo! ya found me!
