I just joined here. Great to meet you all. :)

I started to play bass again after few years off. I'm so out of the scene... hopefully this forum helps gathering information.

I am looking for a new gear right now. Probably I'll get a Squier standard Jazz 4-string bass and a headphone amp to practice with (noise is an issue at the current apartment).

I'm also looking for a good bass instructor in town (west L.A.). What thread are instructors listed?

Anyway, hope to make great connections with fellow bass players here!
