(PRICE LOWERED!)
This is the older version (I think it's a 96/97 or so) that came with Ibanez pickups and preamp, not the newer bubinga/wenge SR506 with Barts.

I have upgraded the original electronics with an EMG 40P in the neck, EMG 40J in the bridge, and EMG BQS preamp. The EMG's REALLY brought this bass to life. This thing seriously cuts through with the P pickup. The J pickup is much smoother and will blend in the mix pretty well. Blend them to get your tone in between. The action is set medium-low with no buzzing. The neck is incredibly stable and straight, the tuners hold the tune even through aggressive playing. I did have to drill an extra hole for the EMG preamp because it had 5 knobs, the bass only had 4 originally. Knobs are EMG's.
Condition, A few cosmetic nicks and scratches here and there, but nothing affecting playability. Biggest scratch is a 1/2" chip that was filled in with epoxy by the original owner. Since the bass is a natural finish, this isn't a big eye sore, but you can see it. I'll post pics later. Output jack is finicky.
I'm looking to get $450 shipped in the US. For that price you'll get an Ibanez hardcase(not in good condition) as well. It needs a new output jack, but that is a cheap easy fix.
This is a really solid bass for the money, but I've found I'm more of a 5 string guy. I'll send sound clips to those that are interested. I'll post pics later if there is any interest as well.
Trade for power amp. Around 1000 watts @ 4 ohms bridged. May consider preamps as well. No basses.
