BBE 383 Bass Pre-Amp: SOLD!!!
Great solid state unit that predates the BMAX preamps. Has PUNCH, 5 band EQ, Compressor, BBE Maximizer, and crossover all in a single space rack unit. I've been using it with a Crown CE1000 or QXC RMX 850 for some big bass sound. Great preamp for a little money. Purchased right here on TB a little over a year ago.
Digitech BP80 Bass Pedal/Processor $65
Some basic modelling and plenty of effects. This until was new from Russo's here in Omaha in August. Still have the original box, instructions, etc. I used it to record once and it hasn't seen much action since then.
Steelsound 2x10 and 1x15 Bass Cabs
Good sounding cabinets and easy on the wallet. They're made of birch plywood (will not break your back), carpet covered, metal corners, 1/4" inputs on the back. Very little wear. These cabinets are each 8 ohm, 500 watts RMS. I gave them 1100 watts (now 850) with the rig mentioned above and my bandmates can confirm that these cabinets, powered correctly, will shake the foundation with ease. I'd keep them but I'm thinking about going to a 4x10 cabinet. I can ship but it may be a little pricey by the time I get packing materials. $200 for both.
