I received this bass recently in trade, it's a really sweet bass.. but I'm just not a Stingray guy..

Tobacco burst
maple neck and board
Hipshot d-tuner (as well as the original tuner)
3 band preamp
OHSC, and
Schaller straplocks with a cream/kacki colored strap included. (as well as the original strap buttons)

Here is a description of the pickup arrangement..

As far as the switch goes, the positions are as follows (from back to front):

1 - Coils 1 & 2 (Humbucker only)
2 - Coils 1 & 3 (60's jazz-ish sound)
3 - All Coils (Really warm/smooth/buttery sounding)
4 - Coils 2 & 4 ( 70's jazz-ish sound)
5 - Coils 3 & 4 (Pretty much a neck humbucker, sounds great for solo'ing)

Video of the pickups in action..

There were no moidifications done to the bass, just a custom pickguard and raising the center pickup.. everything else is bone stock, cept for the Hipshot drop D tuner, but the original one is included.

I'd like to get $975 for the bass, this will include shipping (lower 48 only) and a the MM HSC.

As far as trades... fretted and fretless basses considered.

Fretless Jazz
Warwick Thumb/Corvette
Spector Euro
Peavey Cirrus
G&L SB2
Valenti J bass
OR???

I will be listing a G&L L2000, so there is a possibility of trading both of these basses for a higher end bass.

please send pictures to kenshodan@hotmail.com thanks
