Hello TBers
finally putting together the plans for this January's bass
masterclass in Cupertino. The venue has changed - it's going to be at
the Accugroove HQ (address to follow), and there are TWO days this
year - Saturday 27th Jan, as usual, will be the full day workshop for
20 players (definitely limited to just 20).
It'll be $60, which you can send via paypal to steve {AT} steve-lawson.co.uk
The Sunday will be for just 5 players, and will be an ultra-intensive
hands on Solo Bass Masterclass. We'll take your music, pull it apart,
look at all the possibilities for your music. That will be $120 per
person, paypal in the same way - please only come on this one if
you're actually playing and writing solo bass music, because you will
be playing. There's no strict 'standard' limit, but it's definitely
not just a listening day... We'll be looking at a lot of the
different aspects of playing, from articulation of ideas, developing
melodic lines, technology, composition... Deep stuff! :o)
If you've got any questions, send me a message...
