Hello from ontario canada.
been playing for 13 years
Guitar for 15 years.
Gear: Homemade Basswood body,
P style Dimarzio P'ups (forget the name, but on clearance at Geetar Centre) ,
Made the body in Grade 11 Woodshop class 12 years ago, and still playing it daily! I couldn't play a righty bass, so uncomfortable + the dam volume knob would slowly go to zero.
Bought a no name Korean made bass and stripped the parts for my homemade body.
Ripped the frets out 6 years ago with a steak knife, wood fillered in the grooves.
Flatwound strings
I love my bass.
Godin Guitar :best buying descion ever! Canadian company too!
Jamming with my band The Pocket Muu Muu's for 6 years.
Occasional open mic bass backing.
We Jam on,
Sublime
Bob Marley
Blackflag - yup play punk double time on a fretless:hmm: with fingers, no pick
NOFX
Greenday
Slayer
CCR
Tom Petty
80's tunes
Ska
Thats all for now.
Thinking about getting a 2nd bass , a fretted version.
a SX Bass, read some rave reviews on them. After modding them.
Leftys unite! Need more selection on basses!
