As some of you know, I just sent my bass in for a neck change. The finish on my bass is honey over ash and I am putting a rosewood fingerboard on the neck. My thought is to also get a matching head stock. I've seen burst colors on headstocks and I thought it looked good. How would a honey finish, which is transparent, look on the maple wood of the neck head stock? Opinions?

Greetings from the North,
Just a shade or so darker than the maple. It might not matter to you but if you decide to pop for it ask em how much longer it will take.
