Well, I finally bought the DJ5 I was after so this one's gotta go. Bass is in beautiful shape without so much as a nick or scratch on it anywhere. Was gently gigged and always cased. OHSC included.

I've got this exact bass with the Lakland electronics, and it's got the best neck of any 5 I've ever played. Kinda wish I had Barts in mine.

I've tried both and honestly I can't hear much difference between the Barts and the Lakland pups. The Lakland pups seem to have slightly more body to them but I personally wouldn't go out of my way for 'em over these.
