Up for sale is my Lakland Skyline Joe Osborne four string bass. It is black with a black pickguard (aftermarket) and a maple neck. It is in very good shape with no significant flaws or defects. The bass weighs a mere 8.3 lbs. A Lakland gig bag (Levy's) will also be included. It is up for sale for $750 well packed, shipped, and insured to anywhere within the continental USA. I will ship overseas, but the cost will be $750 plus the actual cost of shipping.
There are only two very minor flaws I can find, a small ding on the headstock and a small ding at the back of the neck around the fifth fret. Both are quite minor. I have attached two photos and links to additional higher resolution pictures. They should give you a good feel for the condition of the bass.
There are also some light swirl marks throughout the finish of the bass and pickguard. These should be familiar to anyone who has ever owned a black bass and are characteristic of normal playwear. They are subtle and almost impossible to photograph, but I have managed to get a bit of them in the last photo linked, JO13. The rest of the pictures don't really show them, so I though that you should be warned.
If you have any questions, or are interested in the bass, please PM me or e-mail to russ (at) standbyscrew (dot) com. I am not really looking for trades right now as I am trying to fund a CD project.
Cheers,
Russ
