Yes, the Sovteks are the factory stock.

FWIW, there are 2 preamp tubes inside the chassis, in addition to the ones on the top of the chassis with the finals.

I've searched through an Ampeg book online--the original V4B ceased production in 1980, and the reissue first came out in 1995/96. At some point, "V4B" started being printed in plain white letters and an "H" was added, but I'm not sure when.

if NE4TT's date chart is right this amp was made in '96. If so it is in fantastic condition for a 10 yr old amp.
