I just recieved a new Macbook for christmas since most of my schoolwork recommends apple. That means I have an extra laptop lying around gathering dust. It's a sony vaio FS660 w/ extended life battery. The computer was bought for me a little over a year ago. When it was knew it was around 15-1600$. It is loaded with Office 2007 Beta, Photoshop and a lot of other goodies. (no studio software, sorry). I used this computer strictly for school and it has served me well.
