Just wanted to give a heads up that Edgar and Thile are putting on a free clinic at Emory university this weekend if anyones intersted. I know its gonna be sick so if your around Atl., even if your not an upright player these two guys are rediculous!

Man, I wish I could see that. I have Chris Thile's solo disc, and it is really something... beautiful, clean, technical playing with lot's of soul and character. Let us know how it was!

Man, I wish I could see that. I saw Edgar Meyer last year, with John Clayton and Mike Marshall, and it was one of the musical highlights of my life. Edgar Meyer is incredible. And I saw Chris Thile opening for Bela Fleck. Him and Mike Marshall are without a doubt two of the greatest Mandolin players alive today. :)
