Hi Tom,

I have not dealt with these guys personally, but they appear to have everything you're looking for:

Allen Guitars and Luthier Supplies
http://www.allenguitar.com

fretboard blank materials:
http://www.allenguitar.com/fretbd_blank.htm#Other%20Wood%20Blanks

fretboard slotting services:
http://www.allenguitar.com/fret_slo.htm

all the best,

Rod

I bought a bundle of B grade bass boards from Allen years ago. The grade was B because the stuff was plantation grown with very wide variegation, not the tight, top grade stuff. I had most of them slotted and the quality was great. I have only dealt with them once, and it was probably 5 years ago, but based on that I would recommend them.
