I have here a genuinely American made Ampeg B-series 4x10. Ampeg has moved their B-series to China, but this one was made in America with all the high quality parts.

It is a slant topped version. I can't find the info for this particular one on their site any longer, but it was NOT the bottom 4x10 that Ampeg made. It was the same as the SVT-HE I believe, except it was slant topped and B-series styling.

-8 ohm
-removable casters(of the pop out variety, fast and easy)
-spring loaded side handles(very heavy duty)
-metal front grill
-3 option horn selector

There is no noticeable wear on this cabinet. The grill is undented. The carpet has no tears or holes. The logos are all in place and no chipped paint.

I will not ship this, I will only accept local deals. Atlanta and surrounding area. New deal on lower post!

I think that's a BSE(not sure of the full model name): I had the BSE-410hlf. Very nice cabs.

Yeah. They had a BSE-410HE that was the same as the HLF, just not with an extended frequency response(it didn't have ports). This is the version of that, but slanted for better projection.

Ok. With the tax return I am getting close to the price of a new TF-550b.

So lets see how this goes.

(edit) just noticed the 15 has marks where the 4x10 sat on top of it, impressions from the rubber feet, everything else fine, no tears rips etc

BONUS: given free AS IS, a SVT-400T, one of the power amps in this stereo head has become scratchy, but the other works fine. But its a free bonus, sold as is, why complain? Makes decent volume with both of these cabs connected.

No signs of wear except the feet impressions where the 4x10 was on top. Still has the tags on them. These speakers are great, nothing wrong with them aside that they weigh alot. I have not pushed them at all. Never "gigged". Just carted around to a house here and there.

You can ask those I've dealt with, I'm not trying to rip anyone off. They used to be owned by 73Jbass and I bought them early last year off him. They were so new when I bought them off him that they smelled like GC lol.

I just want to clear it out of here. I actually got both speakers very close to that price. I am passing on a good deal to my TB buds, because I wouldn't have gotten them cheap if it wasn't for TB anyway. As for the SVT-400T, its got issues as I stated above. If the purchaser doesn't want the thing, I"ll just post it up here for free to whoever wants to come pick it up lol(after the cabs are sold).

I thought I'd get a little more interest seeing as though the cheaper Ampegs are now from China.

Yep,those used to belong to me.I had purchased the 410 from a local TB'er in new condition early in 2006,and I ordered the 1x15 about a week after I got the 4x10.Sometime around March or April I think. I never gigged them,and they actually never left my house.Nice cabs,just not the sound I was going after.Too bad more cab makers don't do a slant top cab.Great idea.
