i might not get my question across as well as id like but please bare with me :).

did bootsy play the track on MOTHERLOAD, think it was a 'remix' of 'give it up or turn it loose' (lost the album, d'oh!!)or sounded very much like it. anyway, i hope those jb fans out there will know what im talking about and help me out. its a crazy funky track and the basslines immensely cool and sounds very bootsy.
i cant find any links to it, but if anyone can then please post.

also, if anyone has any other funk recommendations along the lines of jb or the meters let me know.
