I have 2 sets of jazz pots wired in the configuration of volume (with a pull for series/parallel), blend, tone. One of them has an orange drop capacitor, the other a ceramic capacitor. Both are .47. All you need to do is solder the pickups to the pots and you are good to go. $30 a piece shipped in the 48 states. I will include a wiring diagram as well. Let me know if you have any questions.

Is the blend pot the center detented type?

Yes, the blend, on both sets, has a center detent.
