It's an OLD laptop, but very compact.
The Hitachi Visionbook traveller comes with:
Win98 (installed) / Win95 on CD.
Floppy Drive
32MB RAM
3 GB HD
233 Mhz Intel MMX processor
8.4 TFT screen
3Com PCMCIA card
Integrated Modem
Docking station
Weighs about 4 lbs
Works fine when I last powered it up.
I'm selling it for $50 OBO. Shoot me an offer, I won't get insulted.

Holy old school!!!
Win98se or Linux with an 802.11b wireless card and you've got a wireless internet station there!
Does the battery hold a charge?

The battery doesn't hold a charge well. You're lucky if you get 10 minutes out of it. Not uncommon for a laptop of this age.

You can upgrade the memory on it, as well as the battery. The issue is finding it.
It has a PCMCIA slot and a USB port, so you can expand it to some degree.

i mean to say--have you expanded it as far as it goes? or is there still more that can fit?

You can still add a memory upgrade to it. Not sure if you can upgrade the hard drive, processor or anything like that.
