Traded to swpyne!!!!!!! :hyper:

So I took the plunge like some others here on TB. Just got this bass and she's brand new. These basses list for about $2000 and used to sell for well over $1000 as I recall before the MF clearance. It truly is a great bass, but the more I think about it, the more I'm into 4's lately. So before I ship it back (costs me $ to ship it back or to you so no difference to me), I figured why not offer it for trade first? This way, if somebody wants one, but has to sell a bass first to get one, they could just trade me and get this. This way, no hassle of selling your bass.

This particular one plays great. Low action, no fret buzz, it's a nice bass. So the good news is that you don't have to roll the dice on one that might not be a good player (we've all gotten some of those even with spending big money). Tons of tonal options, that's for sure. Comes with a Very, VERY nice Line 6 gig bag (extremely thick and dense padding, the most dense I've EVER seen on a gig bag). I'll ship it just as it came to me in the factory box with the manuals, hang tag, warranty card, other odds and ends and even the original receipt for warranty purposes.

Getting some offers, but nothing that has said "wow, that's the one" to me yet. Keep em coming :p :D ! This baby could very well be yours! Again, no need to worry about ordering one new and wondering if you get a decent player or not. This one is!

Fairly heavy. I don't have a scale that accurately measures lower weights (only a cheap bathroom scale), but this has got to be 10 lbs+. I'm a bog guy, so I don't mind heavy basses all that much...

I personally can't tell you as I've only had it for a couple days and have not gigged it. I can tell you that it does not sound "digital" to me except in some of the less traditional settings (Acoustic, Synth, etc). But the J, P and MM, etc settings sound great and do a convincing imitation of each (at least in my basement). I have a J and a P on hand that I A/Bed it with.
