With all the chatter around here about Leon Sylvers, and T.M. Stevens' great bass line on " I should've loved you ", I came across another great bass line, 1977's Teddy Pendergrass' hit, "The more I get, the more I want", with Bassist Jimmy Williams kickin' it fo' sho'! So I've been breakin' it down, and getting a workout! Also check out Ronnie Bakers' syncopated groove on "Bad Luck".

I don't have SAT/Radio but I do have all digital music channels through cable and I listen to all that good stuff everyday. Classic music. It's a shame the kids today have to be exposed to such crappy canned music!
